Eugenia Jacobs, M.D. joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Dec. 2009. She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and cares for her patients at our Fort Bend Medical and Diagnostic Center, and Katy Clinic locations.
Professional Background
After completing a Bachelor of Arts in biology at Wellesley College in 1993 where she graduated cum laude, Dr. Jacobs earned her doctorate at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta. In 1999, she completed an Obstetrics and Gynecology internship at Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina. Dr. Jacobs completed her education with an OB/GYN residency at Emory University in 2001.
